For me, music and meditation are two sides of the same phenomenon. Without the music of meditation, something is missing; without music, meditation becomes dull, inanimate. Without meditation, music is just noise — harmonious, but sound. Without reflection, music is entertainment. Without music, meditation becomes more and more cynical, and it acquires a tendency to death. Therefore, I insist that music and meditation should go side by side.
